Privacy notice

The firm running this program can see who answered and, once enough people have, a summary across the whole group. Your own individual answers are never shown to your colleagues or your manager.

When a program is set to anonymous, your answers are never linked back to your name, even by us: we keep a record that you started and finished, and a separate, unlinked record of what you answered.

A written answer is only ever reflected back to you, on your own result. It is never shown to anyone else on its own; a summary shared with the firm combines several people's answers together.

A question marked optional is never required, and an optional demographic question is never used to compute any result. It only ever helps a comparison across groups, and only once enough people in that group have answered.

Where the firm turns on drafting help, the written answers go to Anthropic's API with no names attached, so the firm can draft its finding faster. Anthropic does not use what is sent through its API to train its models, under its commercial terms, and the firm reads and accepts every sentence by hand. When drafting help is off, nothing leaves this service.
